PRIVACY

I will not use your email address for any purpose other than direct communication from me to you.

That is, and has always been, my policy.

Policy Basics

  1. I will make sure that I follow all the rules. (self-regulating!)
  2. I am only collecting your personal information so that I can get in touch with you. If you become a client, then I will collect other information from you in order to drive to you for meetings, bill you or other things that normally happen when people do business. (duh)
  3. If you give me your information, that means that you are allowing me to have it. (ya think?) I will not give it to anyone else.
  4. I will not record any personal information that I do not need (like what color your hair is, although if that helps me remember you, I may note it, but that means I need it) and I won't be sneaky about it (but I might forget to tell you I noted your hair colour).
  5. I will only use your personal information for the reason I said I would use it and I will throw it away when I am finished with it. (unless you want to pick up your data sheet from my house...but that would mean you need my information and I haven't read your privacy policy yet...)
  6. I will keep your information up to date. (of course, if you move or change your phone number and you want me to know your new one, it is up to you to notify me...holy moly)
  7. I will not leave your personal information lying around. (however, if I mail you a bill, your name and address will be on the envelope)
  8. You can read this policy anytime (unless the server is down, for which I assume no responsibility) and if you want to ask me for my privacy policy I will direct you to this page.
  9. You can ask me anytime for the information I have about you and what I do with it. You may also compel me to make the changes to the personal information I have about you (or else what, I don't know...you're going to punch me out?).
  10. If you think I am not following the rules you may tell me that I am not following the rules. (that is funny...)
